Tonight I sang again with Canterbury Cantata, a chamber choir which is part of a larger charitable trust whose aim is to improve health and wellbeing through singing. I enjoyed being conducted by Emily Renshaw-Kidd and singing with Sophie Barker (Soprano), the other vocal soloist.
Eternal Light: A Requiem is usually scored for three vocal soloists: Soprano, Tenor, and Baritone, but I sang both the tenor and baritone solos. Here is a small extract from the concert, the ‘Agnus Dei’:
